I thought of two:In "Say Anything", John Mahoney's character sings Rikki Don't Lose That Number towards the beginning.In "Follow that Bird!" there is a wonderful scene with Waylon Jennings singing "Ain't No Road Too Long" with Big Bird and friends. :)

Oh and Rock and Roll all Night (by KISS) is sung by the stars of Role Models (Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott) towards the beginning of that movie. "...and part of everyday" I love that misheard lyric.
